Tommy Richman Brings Coyote Tour to Sold Out Webster Hall Show
Capitalizing off of a breakout moment as an artist these days can be both exciting and challenging. On the one hand, when done right, it can launch one’s career to unseen heights. Fresh off his viral hit “Million Dollar Baby” which took Tik-Tok by storm, Richman’s latest tour wisely doesn’t just rest on it’s laurels and instead offers a well-rounded showcase of his soulful and edgy sound. His performance style brought plenty of energy and hype and his expansive vocal range brought many songs to life in thrilling fashion. Touring off his studio debut record Coyote, Richman’s set included many recent highlights such as “Whitney”, “Temptations” and “Thought You Were The One” along with giving nods to his earlier material such as “Selfish” and “Last Nite”. Throughout his set, Richman’s collaborative nature shined through as he brought out guests such as opener Mynameisn’tjmack and Trevor Spitta on stage to perform a selection of songs, these inclusions were very much welcome additions to the show and resonated greatly with fans.
Throughout the night, the momentum and energy were maintained more than effectively and Richman managed to form an intimate and genuine connection with his fans. As a newer artist, building a solid fanbase is key and Richman’s appeal was very apparent as he delivered an all-around exhilarating and passionate performance.
