The Script’s Unstoppable Magnetism on P!nk’s Stadium Stage

Captures and Review by Steve Cerf

When a global pop icon like P!nk, who sells out 60,000-70,000 seat stadiums, selects performers for her tour, she has the luxury of choosing only the best. She seeks artists who can connect with her audience and get the crowd ready to “Get This Party Started.” Very few bands get the chance to even be considered, let alone selected, for this high-pressure task. Your ability to go out and tackle this feat has to be innate. You have to be born with that magnetism to connect with someone within minutes.

Well, The Script was chosen to take on that challenge, and they passed with flying colors!

The Script is a Dublin, Ireland band created in 2001. Their albums and singles have reached multi-platinum certifications, making them one of Ireland’s most successful bands.

Lead singer and founding member Danny O’Donoghue is the quintessential frontman. His ability to whip the crowd into a frenzy from the very first song is amazing. The whole band has a true passion for fan interaction, and the fans can feel it—and love it.

The Script has just released their new album, Satellites, along with their newest single, “At Your Feet.”

Don’t miss your chance to experience The Script’s infectious energy live. With only three dates on this leg of the tour, their captivating performance is something you won’t want to miss:

  • September 30th - Brooklyn Paramount

  • October 1st – Hershey Park Stadium

  • October 3rd – MetLife Stadium
