Sleep Cycles Brings “Some Hell” to Milkboy

On February 8th, Sleep Cycles took over MilkBoy in Philadelphia for a sold out show, sharing the stage with June Divided, Here/Now, and Dead Wrong. It was a killer night packed with some of Philly’s finest bands.

Dead Wrong kicked things off, blasting through their set with high energy punk rock anthems that immediately got the crowd moving. Their sound and energy was the perfect way to start the night. If you missed them, you can catch them with Tokyo Rose at Kung Fu Necktie on May 16th.

Next up was Here/Now, a post-hardcore trio I’ve been waiting to see since 2020. And let me tell you, they didn’t disappoint. They tore through a mix of older and newer tracks, and the crowd loved it, singing along the whole time. I can’t wait to see them again.

June Divided was up next, bringing their pop rock sound and infectious energy to the stage. They had the crowd fully engaged, riding the high of their first single release in three years, The Right Time. You could feel the excitement, and they absolutely delivered.

Finally, Sleep Cycles closed out the night in true Sleep Cycles fashion, absolutely crushing it. They played favorites like Beneath the Bridge, The Revelry, and their latest single, Some Hell, and the energy in the room was electric. If you missed them, you’ve got another chance, catch them with The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus on March 14th at Debonair Music Hall or at Heading East Fest on April 19th at The Foundry.
