P!nk Commands the Stage at Lincoln Financial Field with Aerial Magic and Vocal Brilliance

Captures & Review by Steve Cerf

P!nk’s Summer Carnival Tour returned to Philly, this time to Lincoln Financial Field, for another packed-house extravaganza.

Of course, P!nk opened the show with "Get the Party Started," featuring breathtaking aerial feats. She slingshotted into the air on a bungee-like apparatus, tumbling and flying, defying the laws of gravity, as the crowd lost their minds. Other songs like "Raise Your Glass," "Just Like a Pill," and "So What" kept fans off their seats, dancing to the beat.

A P!nk performance is a pop-rock concert, dance revue, and acrobatic show all rolled into one. That’s because P!nk is an aerial pop icon—a superhuman powerhouse. She aims to dazzle, entertain, and somehow personally connect with an audience of close to 70,000.

At the heart of the performance is the confident and captivating vocal powerhouse that is P!nk. Vocally, she was in flawless form, especially on ballads like "What About Us," "When I Get There," "F**kin' Perfect," and her cover of Bob Dylan’s "Make You Feel My Love," delivered with sheer perfection. It’s no wonder she continues to make remarkable music and pack arenas.

It’s unique to see an artist turn an entire arena into their stage, yet P!nk effortlessly accomplished this and made it look innate. P!nk is truly a one-of-a-kind pop star, and her concerts are a must-see.
